Shipping & Returns

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and is being prepared for dispatch.

2. Shipping Rates
We're proud to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States and internationally. No minimum spend required.

3. Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch. International orders may take slightly longer depending on customs processing.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time.

5. Delays
Loamnest is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, customs clearance, carrier issues, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

6. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper use

8. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact page. Please include your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.

9. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

10. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Loamnest is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

11. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled — but you may still request a return upon delivery following the process above.

12. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Shipping & Returns policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
